Barry is a legendary figure in the Ballyshannon area and his extraordinary and unique drawings are well known.
This edition of "The Fairies" allows Barry the scope to interpret Allingham’s work in his own inimitable style and imbue it with a host of contemporary and historical references that give it resonance with children and adults alike.
Actor / Singer / Screenwriter Adrian Dunbar, a personal friend of Barry Britton, will also be on hand in the Abbey Centre to celebrate the launch of "The Fairies".
