Opening Night Festivities with Official Opening with Wine Reception & CCBS Choir

Abbey Arts Centre 7pm Free Entry

Join us for our Opening Night Festivities in the Abbey Arts Centre on Wednesday November the 4th from 6.30 pm.

The evening begins with vibrant and energetic performance by the Ballyshannon Samba Band, followed by a wine reception in the foyer of the Abbey Arts Centre. The Official Opening of the Festival takes place at 7.30 pm, with a performance by the Coláiste Cholmcille Teacher’s Choir.

At 8.15 pm, we take our seats in Theatre 1 for Ballyshannon Drama Society’s production of ‘The Wonder Wheel’ by Barry Mc Ginley.

6.30 pm – Ballyshannon Samba Band
7.00 pm – Wine Reception in the Abbey Arts Centre foyer – All Welcome
7.30 pm – Official Opening of the Allingham Arts Festival 2026 in the Foyer – All Welcome
7.45 pm – Coláiste Cholmcille Teacher’s Choir
8.15 pm – Ballyshannon Drama Society presents ‘The Wonder Wheel’ by Barry Mc Kinley – Theatre 1 – unallocated seating.

Please Note:
Admission is free for all events on the night.
A ticket includes admission to the launch reception and ‘The Wonder Wheel’, with unallocated seating in Theatre 1.
