What data do we collect?
Personal identification information: name, email address, home address, and phone number (collected via JotForm for competition entrants)
– Ticket purchase and payment information (collected via Ticketsolve when you book tickets)
– Technical/usage data via cookies (see Cookies section)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Allingham Arts Festival with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Subscribe to our newsletter.
- Voluntarily complete a contact form or enquiry.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
We may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources: Ticket Solve https://ticketsolve.com/
How will we use your data?
Allingham Arts Festival collects your data so that we can:
- Process your ticket bookings
- Respond to enquiries submitted through contact forms
- Send you newsletters and updates about the festival, if you’ve subscribed

How do we store your data?
For Competition entrants (collected via JotForm), we retain your email address only if you have opted in to our mailing list. You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time. All other details (name, home address, phone number) are securely deleted within 3 months of submission, unless we need to retain them for longer to resolve a dispute. Data is deleted manually from JotForm and our internal systems.
Ticket purchases are processed by our ticketing partner, Ticketsolve. We do not separately store your payment or purchase data beyond what’s needed for festival administration. Please refer to Ticketsolve’s privacy policy for details of how they retain and delete customer data.
Marketing
Allingham Arts Festival does not currently share your data with any sponsor or partner organisations for marketing purposes.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Allingham Arts Festival from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Allingham Arts Festival group.
