These terms and conditions apply to your browsing and use of this website, and to your use of the Festival’s Facebook, Instagram and other social media pages (“Social Media Pages”), in addition to the standard terms and conditions of those platforms.

You may view, print or temporarily store pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate or redistribute material from this website (including our logo) without our express written consent.

While we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate, current and complete, we do not accept liability for any error, misstatement or omission. Your use of this website is at your own risk. We may change or update the content of this website at any time without notice.

5. Ticketing

•     Ticketsolve provides the online ticketing system used by Allingham Arts Festival. When you purchase tickets through our website, you are also bound by the Ticketsolve Terms & Conditions and Online Terms of Sale.
•     Any booking made via Ticketsolve is a matter between you and Ticketsolve; Allingham Arts Festival has no liability for the processing of that booking.
•     Once purchased, tickets cannot generally be refunded or exchanged, except where a performance is cancelled by the Festival, in which case tickets will be refunded or exchanged to face value from the original point of sale.
•     Allingham Arts Festival reserves the right to alter the programme, cast, or running order of any event, or to refuse admission, due to unforeseen circumstances.
•     Please switch off mobile phones during performances, and note that cameras and recording devices are not permitted in venues unless otherwise stated.
•     By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the possibility of being included in photography, film or sound recordings made at Festival events, which may be used by the Festival for promotional purposes.

6. Competitions

From time to time, Allingham Arts Festival runs competitions (such as our Flash Fiction and Poetry Competitions), with entries collected via our online JotForm entry system. By entering a Festival competition, you agree to the following, in addition to any specific rules published for that competition:

•     Entrants must provide accurate name, email address and contact details as requested on the entry form.
•     The judges’ or promoter’s decision on competition winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results.
•     Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
•     Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the Festival reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
•     Personal data collected through competition entries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrant details are retained only as long as necessary and are deleted within three months of the competition closing, save where retention is required to resolve a dispute.
•     Allingham Arts Festival is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with a competition or the use of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allingham Arts Festival excludes all warranties relating to this website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ticket holders and event attendees assume responsibility for their own property at Festival events and, other than where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Festival is not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained at an event.
